Requirements:

1. An oveea Ph.D. in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry. 5+ yea of Pharm industry or CRO experience is a plus;

2. Good track record of scientific achievement: publicatio, presentatio, patents. Strong leadehip skill within a teamwork environment; and a strong see of respoibility;

3. Experience in leading successful projects; handling intriguing management issues; thorough knowledge to work with different custome. Capability of working under pressure, cotant changing environment; and multiple divee activities;

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.

Respoibilities:

1. Manage routine operation of a chemistry department of 25 chemists;

2. Lead project teams to deliver the results to respective clients and meet revenue and cost target;

3. Maintain good working relatiohip with clients;

4. Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and discuss regularly with the team, the client and supervisor in regards to status of projects, potential issues and pla;

5. Define chemistry project team objectives, timelines, and work pla and Work closely with each head and supporting department;

6. Supervise project team identify and solve synthetic and medicinal chemistry problems to advance the project.
