Detail scopes are:

?Standardize and formalize the QA and product testing manuals to eure clear communicatio to internal and external custome.

?Maintai technical memo system to provide QA updates to custome whenever needed.

?Maintain internal QA and product testing guidelines to provide clear work itruction to internal QA and QC from QA sample approval to shipment release.

?Lead and invoke the training for merchandising and vendo.

?Create and monitor the training plan for KAS QA and QC, and eure the training effectiveness and efficiency.

?Conduct unannounced and shadow audit for internal QA/QC and 3rd party to eure the process coistency and follow defined procedures.

?Review quality data on a regular basis and provide recommendatio to QA and QC to follow up with factories / vendo.

?Prepare monthly statistical summary to Leadehip to drive for continuous quality improvement.

?Respoible to develop CBX5 and work close with IT to establish the QA traceability from QA sample approval to shipment release.

?Publish QA bulletin on a quarterly basis to provide regular updates to internal custome.

These QA Production Engineer roles will report to QA Supervisor and their respoibilities are

?Work with factories to implement best-in-class manufacturing practices.

?Conduct unannounced and shadow audits for 3rd party, self-ipection and in-house QC to eure procedure coistency and no bribery issues.

?Conduct manufacturing and production training to QC and assist QC Manager to upgrade QC technical knowledge.

?Conduct training for internal and external custome to eure their undetanding on KAS quality expectatio.

?Implement in-house lab certification program and allow factories to submit factory lab performance test results to release shipment.

? Assist QA on QA sample approval and factory technical audit if needed.
