Job Respoibilities:
Financial Accounting
1.Conduct accounts journal data verification and input
2.Conduct cost accounting
3.Propose cost effectiveness initiatives that are in line with Company objectives
4.Complete necessary detail documentation of the balance sheet and other financial reports
5.Assist to prepare Business Unit’s budget and analysis for management
Accounting and Reporting
1.Prepare cost analysis report
2.Prepare monthly group accounting report
3.Assist to prepare audited financial report
4.Intercompany traaction confirmation and reconciliation
Asset Management
1.Prepare vouche in relation to assets management, including depreciation calculation and amortization
2.Maintain list of fixed assets, including depreciation cost and accumulation of depreciation
3.Conduct assets examination and report any findings to manager and propose improvement plan
Internal Process
1.Eure accounting policies and ERP SOP are followed within the organization and explain to employees for related questio
2.Propose accounting policies with adequate internal control that are in line with the Regional and Business Unit policies
3.Support Corporate Process Manager to conduct internal process improvement project to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal process
Tax:
1.Conduct tax saving program
2.Prepare trafer pricing report
Job Requirements:
Education
Univeity or equivalent professional degree, in Accounting or related disciplines
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 yea working experience as an Accountant, preferably in a similar business
Language ability
-English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score 400
-Good English skills both in written
