GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPOIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Marketing Activity
- New customer development independently
- Customer relatiohip management
- Order negotiation with custome and order management
- Customer payment and settlement management
- Communication with plant side about sales/production plan and execution situation
- Goods delivery, logistic and inventory management
- General operation of import and export business
- Business documents filing and management
- Making sales plan and budgeting
- Making sales report and respoe to sales manager
2. Market Research
- Carbon Black up/down stream market information collectio and making report
- Market trend survey and making survey report
- Carbon black market competition analysis
- Support team to monitor some chemicals market movement by weekly/monthly
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor, college degree or above in science & technology or trading, chemistry is prefered
2. 3+ yea sales experience in chemical field, porior if in carbon black or related industries like rubber, rubber additivies, or semiconductor related materials etc.
3. Good knowledge, skill and experience in sales process, value selling, negotiation and sales contract management
4. General market research and analysis skills
5. Good people skill and teamwork, be able to work effectively and collaboratively with people in different functio
6. Moderate English written, communication and presentation skill are necessary.
7. Great passion and positive attitude
8. Willing and be able to travel for business in China

岗位要求:
1. 大学本科学历,理工科或贸易专业,化工专业优先
2. 三年以上化工产品行业销售经验,如有炭黑,炭黑相关行业如橡胶或橡胶添加剂或半导体材料行业的产品销售经验优先
3. 有不错的销售知识、销售技巧,了解销售流程,价值行销,客户谈判,合同管理并具有一定的经验
4. 具有一般的市场调查和分析的技能
5. 良好的人际关系处理能力和团队精神,能够与不同部门的人员进行密切合作
6. 需有良好的英文书写、交流和表达能力
7. 具有高昂的工作热情和积极的工作态度
8. 能够并愿意在国内出差
