Job Description
Visit design ititute, contractor, owner etc to build long-term relatiohips with custome.
Manager the distributo and develop new channels to reach the business needs.
Find out business initiatives, follow up the projects and drive the development of new market opportunities to maximize the business performance, profitability, and growth of all products in the respoible region. .
Eure a healthy project pipeline in the respoibile region for the long-term business objectives.
Work with technical service department to support customer service to get the custome’ satisfaction.

Knows the HVAC market and has connectio in the respoible region::
With key Distributo
With key Develope
With key Contracto
With key Coultants
With other key stakeholde (e.g. District Heating Companies)
5 yea working experiences, related / adjacent HVAC industry experience preferred.
Sales working experience in the context of an international company.Have the experiences of direct sales and channel sales.
Proven track record of success of profitable sales.
Univeity degree (HVAC, engineering or equivalent)
Fluent English preferred.
