Basic QualificatioRequirements:

-Above Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or related field

-At least 5+ yea related experience in automotive electrical products.

-Familiar with the IEC standard, such CISPER, ISO and automotive customer spec.

-Experience in product development and validation process such as APQP,PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA as ISO/TS 16949 required

Desired Characteristics:

-Deeply Undetanding and working in automotive electrical product design and validation

-Had work experience in lab, had executed lots of automotive project test

-Had work experience in reliability test in automotive electrical product

-Had work experience for speaker, amplifier

-Famliar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Powerpoint

Eligibility Requirements:

-Willingness to travel 10% of the time

-Willingness to work in an office in Suzhou

Essential Respoibilities:

1.Respoible for the ES testing of products to scheduled dates. Investigate causes of test failures and provide potential solutio. Develop test solutio to improve capability and/or efficiency. Maintain records to ISO standards.

2.Eure test schedules are carried out by the declared dates.

3.Investigate causes of test failures and provide technical feedback as to causes and potential solutio.

4.Assess the feasibility of new test specificatio and determine the suitability of existing test methods and equipment to meet the new specification. Recommend changes to specificatio or improvements in the capability of existing equipment.

5.Review existing test standardspecificatio and where these are open to interpretation define and document test methods that are appropriate to the product end use and reason for testing.

6.Define, develop and itall test solutio that improve capability and /or efficiencies in product testing.

7.Maintain test records to IS0 standards. Test records include Test Requisitio, in-progress test analysis and data, Final Test Reports.

8.Maintain, Program and assist in the development of in house proprietary Continuous Monitoring System Software and associated programs based on National Itruments Labview and Teststand Programming environments to enable continuous improvements of ES Lab processes requiring real time monitoring and power testing applicatio
