职位描述:
1、协助公司高管处理日常各项事务,帮助高管们更集中精力在其主要的工作领域投入;
Assist the daily works of executives and help them focus on their work scopes.
2、协助安排高管的商务旅行,包括签证办理、日程安排、酒店预订、车辆接送等;
Organizing the business travel for executives including conference registration, flights, ground traportation, accommodation and visas.
3、协助高管进行相关会务安排、商务接待及会议纪要等相关工作;
Assist to arrange the business reception, meeting minutes and other related works.
4、协助高管进行部门间及外部的协调和沟通,对结果进行跟踪反馈和执行;
Assist to communicate and coordinate both the executives and each functional departments and follow up the related works.
5、负责外籍高管的相关境内外事务的沟通和管理,确保其在公司工作的正常有序开展;
Be respoible for the management of foreign executives’ business affai, both in china and abroad.
6、协助处理高管们的相关文档工作,包括文档资料的管理和存档。
Assist to deal with the documentation works for executives, such as email, word, PPT etc. and keep the documents on file.
7、负责高管交办的其他工作。
Performing any other duties as requested including general administrative support for executives.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,文秘、商务英语、医学英语等相关专业
Graduate degree or above. Secretary, Business English, Medical English and other related professional.
2、英语六级或专业八级,较强的英语听说读写及翻译能力,英文可作为主要工作语言。
CET-6 or TEM-8, CET 6 or above. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
3、2.年以上秘书或助理相关工作经验。
At least 2 yea in secretary or assistant related area.
4、具有较好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、执行能力
Excellent Communicational, Organizational and Negotiating Skills, Executive capability.
5.、有亲和力,具备良好的职业心态和服务意识,有团队合作精神;
Professional Attitude, Great Customer Service; Good Team Player.
