工作内容

1. 根据集团的质量要求和准则，搜寻最优秀可靠的供应商并发展供应商。与其进行价格及合同条款方面的谈判。

2. 提高和巩固供应商数据库，从稳定的供应商数据库内为每个商业计划建立/定制产品种类，提出有竞争力的采购方案给买家。准备和跟进报价给买家直到订单确认

3. 监督订单的完成直到出货

4. 与团队协作以实现共同目标

5. 协助团队在采购，报价，订单跟进和其他采购活动

要求:

1. 越南籍或越南语听说读写流利（有工作签证者优先考虑）

2. 本科以上学历，国际贸易经济专业为佳。

3. 至少3~4 年在外贸公司工作的经验，熟悉欧洲市场为佳。

4. 能够独立跟单，独立接待供应商。

5. 拥有家具或百货类产品经验。

6. 必须有良好的沟通、组织和计划能力。

7. 拥有团队合作精神。

8. 可承受有压力的工作环境。

9. 越南语和英语能力必须熟练，会熟悉使用办公室软件。

Key Respoibilities:

1. Source most reliable and performing supplie according to the quality requirements and policies of Casino Group and develop them. Negotiate price, contract terms and conditio with them.

2. Improve and validate supplie’ database. Build/tailor make product assortment from validated supplier database for each commercial operation plan. Propose competitive sourcing solutio to buye. Prepare offe and follow up on the offe with buye till receiving order confirmatio.

3. Monitor the completion of orde till shipment.

4. Work together with the team membe to achieve common goals.

5. Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.

Qualification:

1. Vietnamese speaking, either native or speaking fluent Vietnamese;

2. Bachelor Degree holder in international business or trade

3. Minimum 3~4 yea work experience in an international company, familiarity with European market is a plus

4. Excellent follow-up and negotiate skills, ability to successfully interface with partne on various teams, internal and external, as well as domestic and international

5. Furniture & Household product knowledge is preferable

6. Excellent communication, organization and planning skill is essential

7. A good team player is required

8. Ability to work under pressure

9. Good command of Vietnamese/English and Microsoft office software (outlook/excel )
