Requirements:

1.Experience of electronics in manufacturing, familiar with SMT/Reflow process

2.Experience and knowledge in ESD

3.B.S. or above, Major: Electrical/electronic engineering

4.8+ yea work experience in relevant field

5.Be good at PFMEA、Control Plan、SPC、fixture design and equipments

6.Has Lean manufacturing training experience will be preferred.

7.Be well undetand process audit、PDCA、5W、4M1E、Lean

Manufacture、IE

8.Experience in automotive industry is preferred

Respoibilities:

1.Manufacturing process validation, NPI line process and equipment verification to eure product quality and efficiency especially on error-proofing. Tracking and monitoring Flow chart, PFMEA, CP, WI regular review and update.

2.Re-flow processes validate and optimize, failure analyze and take corrective actio, machine paramete study with DOE method, standardized work.

3.Plan and demotrate continuous improvements on safety, quality, productivity, machine downtime, scrap etc.

4.Lean manufacturing deployment such as process design for flow, layout optimizing, change-over reduction, resource utilization etc.

5.Review and support on overall of manufacturing system and process improvements

6.Prepares facility and equipment capital and directs labor business pla.
