Job Respoibility:
The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for potential clients by various mea such as networking, cold calling, advertising. Hehe must then plan peuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a connection with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relatiohip. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutio and services to clients.
Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s respoibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutioervices the company can provide, and of the company’s competito.
Main Respoibility:
1. New Business Development
-Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
-Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network, cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to eure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
-Identify potential clients, and the decision make within the client organization.
-Research and build relatiohips with new clients.
-Set up meetings between client decision make and company’s practice leadePrincipals.
-Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concer, and objectives.
-Participate in pricing the solutioervice.
-Handle objectio by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to peuade or negotiate appropriately.
2. Client Retention
-Present new products and services and enhance existing relatiohips.
-Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
-Arrange and participate in internal and external client complaints.
3. Business Development Planning
-Attend industry functio, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
-Present to and coult with both headquarter and local management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
-Identify opportunities for campaig, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
-Using knowledge of the market and competito, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositio and differentiato.
4. Management and Research
-Submit weekly progress reports and eure data is accurate.
-Eure that data is accurately presented and managed
-Forecast sales targets and eure they are met by the team.
-Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
-Work with sales staff to eure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
-Present business development training and mentoring to business develope and other internal staff.
-Research and develop a thorough undetanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
-Undetand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
Position Requirement:
-More than 5 year’s experiences in business development management;
-Bachelor degree, major in marketing or engineering
-Strong leadehip ability and analytical ability.
-Excellent interpeonal skills and team spirit.
-Self-motivated, aggressive, respoible, with good communication skills.
-Fluent English in both speaking and writing, report to general manager(German).
-Good MS-office operation skill.
-Can work under pressure.
-Willing to travel frequently.
