职位描述:
Subordinates: 1-3
Reports to: Plant manager and Excellence Manager
Main respoibilities:
Work with customer representatives and address quality issues as they arise. 与客户代表合作,解决其提出的质量问题
● Attend customer quality meetings and stay inform of all problems. 参加客户质量会议了解质量问题
● Respoible for maintaining quality assurance processes. 负责维护质量保证流程
● Analyze results during product development and manufacturing. 在产品开发和生产过程中分析质量结果
● Accept or reject product as necessary. 根据需要接受或拒收产品
● Inform Operation of findings and review results. 发现问题并知会生产部门并回顾结果
● Follow through on set processes and eure adherence to best production practices and quality standards.全程跟踪生产过程确保生产活动过程符合质量标准
● Prepare required documentation for doing the necessary complaints to the supplier. 对供应商如有投诉,则制作相应文件
● Together with EHS engineer to set up rules and regulatio of EHS for all staff to follow and regularly monitor the employees activity to make sure the all employee behavio and document are in line with the EHS discipline. 与环安工程师一起建立EHS 相关法规要求,定期监督员工的日常活动确保员工行为和文件均符合EHS 法规要求。
??Timely report the safety accidents to top management , HR and government and call meetings to do root cause to find out solution to avoid repeated happening. 及时向高层、HR以及政府反映所发生的安全事故, 召集会议分析事故原因找出办法避免事故再次发生。
Requirements:
???Bachelor degree 本科学历
● 5 year experience in related field五年以上相关工作经验
● Strong analytical aptitude 分析能力强
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office 电脑熟练
● Knowledge of SAP a plus 最好熟悉SAP
● Knowledge of local & state EHS legislation 熟悉当地和国家相关EHS 法规
● Communication skills 良好的沟通能力
● ISO/TS certification experience 有ISO /TS 体系认证经验
● Fluent English in writing and speaking 英语流利沟通
