1.Respoible for bank payment and receipt 负债银行付款和收款
2.Book bank traaction in check register 银行交易在支票登记簿中进行登记
3.Reconciliation with bank statement 与银行对账
4.Bank accounts management 银行账户管理
5.Being the coordinator with bank 与银行保持良好合作关系
6.Input cashier related data to the Quickbooks system 将与出纳工作相关的数据录入到Quickbooks 系统
7.Staff reimbuement 员工报销
8.Respoible for social iurance and house fund issue 负责保险及公积金事项
9.Office supplies 办公用品采购
10.Assist on other ad hoc issues 协助办理其他事项
Education and Experience 教育背景和工作经验
1.Fluent in English both in oral and writing流利的英语口语和写作能力
2.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting/ Finance会计/金融专业学士学位或同等学历
3.2-3 yea related working experience 2-3年相关工作经验
4.Accounting certificate 取得《会计从业资格证书》
5.Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力
6.Ability to work under pressure and fast leaner 具备在压力下工作的能力和快速学习的能力
7.Familiar with MS office software, especially Word and Excel熟练使用微软办公软件,特别是Word和Excel
