JOB DESCRIPTION

?Source lace/trims/accessories from supplie / able to meet fast sample development to prodution with factory.

? Strong see of trends, custome and concepts to identify the right supplie’ capabilities and skills

? Able to interpret trends in new materials & products with suitable supplie

? Keep every stage in the development process as efficient as possible.

? Identify & develop new material (including fabrics, yarn, components)/treatment/trims as a guided trend.

? Drive the development team and membe to eure best optio, qualities, prices and lead time

? Conduct all relevant tests on sample yardage & garment supplie which are classified as potential orde for new qualities

?Solutio providing from sample sourcing to order placement & execution to shipping.

?Maintain documents, files & samples related to all requirements from marketing team from India office.

?Management of supplie, review existing vendo, identify and research new supplie and factories;

?Review and evaluate market trends, sample development status, bridging communicatio to merchants;

?Work with vendo on pre-production set up and problem solving;

?Manage sourcing work in Progress and in efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

?Solid experience in the textile industry , minimum 3-5 yea at supervising level.

?Good knowledge of trims, lacework.

?Good knowledge of testing paramete of European & US brands.

?Ability to assess risk of products; handling issues on time.

?Willing to work under pressure

? Cost seitive, timing efficient and have good leadehip to a sourcing team.

?Willing to travel.

?Familiar with markets and different sources of supplie.

?Proficient in both written & spoken English & Mandarin
