1.Participate in safety activities and improvement

2.Participate in 6 sigma project & QCC to support company puueing operational excellence

3.Handle logistics/admin. support to OE program deployment and implementation

4.Create and revise Naltex production’s process /quality SOP/WI,New BOM at regular basis

5.Support OEE data collection & monitoring, and ERP associated operating

6.General trouble shooting, push and track Neltex production’s process/quality improvements, including scrap, customer complaint, quality risk, discipline audit findings, internal CAR etc.

7.Coach and certificate the operato’ OJT skills

8.Trial run and DOE follow up

9.Co-work with quality team to optimize Naltex products’ quality criteria & proper quality measure methods

10.Other tasks assigned by direct manager

PROFILE REQUIREMENT

1.Identification with company's safety culture

2.Bachelor degree and major in Mechanical engineering or plastics engineering.

3.Experience in continuous production (extrusio plastic process experience is preferred)

4.3 yea working experience or above

5.Can undetand the drawing and generate drawing

6.Good team work spirit, and work confidentiality.

7.Familiar with MS office and Auto-CAD software

8.Basic knowledge of LEAN & 6 sigma is preferred

9.Experience in using quality tools or attending in quality projects is plus
