3.后期确定个人工作安排，承担具体岗位工作。

任职要求：

1.金融类相关硕士以上专业(QS100排名100内)；

2.三年以上跨国大公司工作经验；

3.兴趣多样，精通中英文；

4.专业，诚信，团队合作意识强。

SMT Program

The Sales Management Trainee (SMT) Program is 12 months in length, coisting of structured rotation, advanced training and abundant exposure. You will have the opportunity to explore multiple business areas through the rotatio in front and support teams. Apart from such on-job training, you will be required to complete coues/programs that cover financial fundamentals, business knowledge, technical and soft skills, as well as leadehip, etc. Throughout the program, you will be involved in networking, SMT activities, and projects with coaching and mentohip from senior management. At the end of the program you will be placed to one business unit. Placement is based on a combination of your peonal preferences and business needs.

The SMT Program is demanding and your learning curve will be steep. However, you will not be bored and will be faced with new challenges. Throughout your career, you may also have the opportunity to work in divee businesses or locatiocities.
