1. Benefits Administration
a. Attendance data and other benefit data collection, monitor and follow-up with payroll
b. Contact peon with agency/3rd party for contractor relates affai
c. Local people social iurance/ housing fund handling
d. Application and cancellation of relevant permits / contracts with labour bureau
e. Other employee assistance on social benefit affai
2. Recruitment Administration
a. Working closely with the staffing manager for hiring cases of GF South China
b. Local recruitment channel explore and monitor
c. Administrative support for recruitment process with candidates and Line-Mgr.
d. Employee's official files tracking and on-boarding process handling
3. Employment Administration
a. Local employment procedure handling
b. Contract renewal for local employees
c. Local contact peon for the company and labor bureau
4. Employee relatio Administration
a. Daily communication with employees on HR policy and procedure
b. Low performance case involvement – Coaching manager, PIP report, f2f conveation, etc.
c. Handling local employee's complaint;
d. Lawsuit or arbitration's local support;
5. Othe HR activities and support
a. Local training administration support and tracking
b. Performance Appraisal and other HR activities/event support
c. Maintain good relatiohip with relevant local government departments
d. Jobs assigned by China HR manager and South China D
职位要求:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Age: 30-40
3. Fluent in both oral and written English
4. Good computer skill
5. Solid interpeonal communication skills
