上级主管：专利检索部主任

岗位职能：

进行专利的新创性，有效性和防侵权的检索。

与客户沟通，确定检索的范围，撰写检索报告。

熟练掌握专业的专利数据库和非专利文献数据库。

从事短期或长期的研究项目，确定技术趋势，分析技术领域中的竞争对手，寻找技术发展方向和专利许可的机会。

通过分析市场上的产品来进行证据收集，协助专利侵权的调查

对专利库进行量化分析

信息与计算机科学：

Information processing, Information Coding and Information Security, Modern Cryptography, Computational Intelligence, Basis of Computer Science, Numerical Calculation Method, Data Mining, Optimization Theory, Computer Composition Principle, Computer Network, Computer Graphics, C/C++ Language, Java Language, Assembly Language, Algorithm and Data Structure, FOXPRO, Software System, operating system (OS), etc.

软件工程：

C/C++, java, character, block device, network device driver development; Common Bus Protocol; Wordpress theme customization, plug-in development, integration; JavaScript, jQuery framework, presents JS framework, Object Oriented JS, Ajax; Familiar with HTML3, CSS 3 and Bootstrap framework ; Familiar with embedded product development, especially the ARM architecture development; Familiar with Linux kernel driver and the Android system architecture, familiar with Android driver and firmware development.

信息工程：

Circuits and systems, signal and linear system; Random signal processing, communication electronic circuit, digital signal processing; Coding Theory, principles of microcompute, modern control theory, communication system principle; Software engineering foundation, information network foundation; Data collection, digital signal and information processing, etc.

有硕士以上学位者优先。

Patent Analyst

This position is located in Suzhou.

The Patent Analyst reports to Director of Patent Search Department.

Job Respoibilities:

?Strategically perform searches relating to patentability (novelty), validity, freedom-to-operate and infringement.

?Communicate effectively with custome in determining the scope of searches and draft informative reports that clarify and summarize search results.

?Maintain proficiency with commercial patent databases and other proprietary databases that disclose technical publicatio.

?Conduct long-term patent landscape studies to identify trends in a technology field, deliver competitive intelligence and identify potential research and liceing opportunities.

?Perform Evidence-Of-Use studies by analyzing products currently used in the market that may be infringing on a patent of interest.

?Perform qualitative analysis of patents and patent portfolios from a legal, technical and business pepective.

Job Requirements

?Bachelor Degree and experience in one of the following areas:

Information and Computer Science:

Information processing, Information Coding and Information Security, Modern Cryptography, Computational Intelligence, Basis of Computer Science, Numerical Calculation Method, Data Mining, Optimization Theory, Computer Composition Principle, Computer Network, Computer Graphics, C/C++ Language, Java Language, Assembly Language, Algorithm and Data Structure, FOXPRO, Software System, operating system (OS), etc.

?Fluent in reading and writing English

?Fluency in a second foreign language is preferred
