1. 积极主动提醒、催促工厂按客户要求的时间完成样品，报价及相关回复。

2. 仔细认真跟进每一张订单的样品确认、测试进度，物料情况（客户提供标签），包装材料确认进度，生产、验货、订仓出货的状况，确保订单准时出货。

3. 协助客户确认每个订单的唛头资料。

4. 提前通知客户有关中国的假期放假情况。

5. 提醒客户及时确认样品，寄出相关标签 ，确认相关资料等。

6. 及时跟进工厂及客户，提高沟通及工作效率。

7. 与工厂及时沟通生产情况，与工厂提前确定验货行程。

8. 结合时效、经济的原则，做好QC 行程安排。

9. 与QC 及工厂 沟通相关验货中发现的问题，要工厂处理好后安排重新验货。

10. 检查验货报告，查看图片是否清楚，报告是否有问题。没有问题后发给客户。 与客户沟通验货结果及是否可以出货。

任职条件：

1. 3 年以上跟单经验，餐具厨具行业优先。

2. 做事认真、负责、主动、上进。

3. 善于沟通、协调与客户，与工厂之间的关系。

4. 英语 6级， 口语，书写流利。

o Follow up with development- Including keep an organized schedule of development for by product for each vendor. To create a spreadsheet to keep track up projects including sample revisio. We would review this list with the associate once a week. This list is to be filled in by the associate and not the factories. Associate to keep track of estimated completion date or fit or revised sample and follow up with the factory on date accordingly .

o Each new development that is sent out by Shawn, the associate will confirm all details with Shawn so that they are all clear. Associate to confirm with factory that they have received match prints and artwork for all projects.

o Prima Design would make the final approval of the sample

？ PO Management

o Associate will be respoible for all details of the PO from the day the PO is placed to making sure documents for shipment are sent. List includes:

？ Making sure samples are confirmed

？ Making sure packaging is confirmed

？ Labeling, carton markings, etc- Associate to eventually have respoibility of confirming all carton markig (for example shipping marks and customer distributio)

？ Following up with product testing if needed

？ Keeping a detailed spreadsheet checklist for each PO to see what issues have been confirmed and what have not.

？ Monitoring progress of production with the factory- Have raw materials been ordered, when decals would be fired, etc.

？Following up with factories 2-3 weeks prior to ready date to make sure booking has been made with forwarder

？ QC-

o Arranging QC schedule

o Reviewing QC reports for production detail before sending to me for final confirmation
