As Senior Account Executive in J.Walter Thompson Shanghai, you will be respoible for the day to day project management of one or more clients.

Respoibilities:

· Assisting and observing the strategic development and creative process for the brand, product and campaign strategy.

· Draft ipiring creative briefs and coordinate briefing sessio to incite creative and cross-discipline teams

· Interface with clients and mobilize a multi-departmental team to provide strategic, creative and tactical solutio

· Closely monitor competitive marketing, advertising and retail activities so as to provide timely and regular competitive alerts with well-drafted strategic implicatio

· Forecast and manage agency resources and keep cross-functional teams updated with project timelines and status reports

· Quality control on layouts, Final Artworks and pla, highlighting getting supervisor’s review before sending out to clients

· Coolidate and provide the necessary substantiation documentation ceohip review and approval during different phases of advertising creation.

· Timely generation of production and media invoices for client approval and follow up on a regular basis on payments and job closures

· Coolidate, organize and appropriately disseminate electronic libraries of client business, research, creative and competitive materials

Requirements:

1. 1-2 yea integrated campaign experience.

2. BA Degree in Advertising/Journalism/Marketing or related.

3. Have strong communication skills, excellent attention to details, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
