Follow the global EHS target and build up the EHS methodology and measurement in Qingdao JV

遵循全球EHS目标，在合资工厂建立EHS相应的测量和方式方法

Encourage all the employees to contribute on the EHS improvement proposals

鼓励所有的员工贡献EHS改善建议

Deal with customer complaint root cause analysis respoe the customer and corrective action follow up

处理客户投诉的原因分析及响应客户，跟进纠正措施

To bring all necessary support to other Dept. Within the company or DISPEN LC
