职位描述:
Provide high quality service to our customer and keep customer satisfaction
Shipment exception handling,update/report the potential shipment delays,discrepancies of shipping
Provide alternative solutio to import needs from customer by coordinating origin, airline and local agent, etc.
Liaise/coordinate with carrie to eure accurate and timely despatch of import ocean shipments to customer
Handle any emergent issue.
Coordinate with abnormal issues and improve team performance.
Eure cost control.
Work with sales to develop solutio to euring customer satisfaction and gain more and more businesses
Prepare shipping reports for dedicated customer as per the agreed format
Make sure TEAM staff to all familiar with SOP/Working processes and follow up strictly during the daily work
Review the process regularly and improve operation efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Good oral and written skills in English,CET-4
- Good PC skills
- Above 3-5 year sea/air import freight relative experience.
- Global company experience will be a plus
