职位描述:
Respoibilities
-Act as key contact between client and FinChi by effectively supporting the client’s practical operatio from day one;
-Act as key coordinator between vendo and clients according to different projects’ needs;
-Perform all the solid and detailed administration work for clients, such as clients’ HR issues, new clients check-in and expatriates’ landings, etc;
-Provide necessary orientation and advisory support for clients new to FinChi or China;
-Prepare the clients’ lease and service contracts with traceable records and send necessary reminder to clients;
-Maintain a good relatiohip with clients and dig out any potential sales opportunities for FinChi;
-Assist team manager in preparing the marketing and sales materials for promoting FinChi;
-Assist other team membe if any help needed.
Requirements
-Univeity education majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing or English;
-At least 3 yea relative working experience in western companies, working in commercial service functio are preferred;
-Have good knowledge in business operatio, especially for recruiting and supporting foreign SMEs in China;
-Excellent command of oral and written English;
-Detailed oriented, friendly and pleasant peonality;
-Strong team spirit; and
-Capable of taking initiative, organized, and self-motivated.
