Our client is a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of extrusion systems, feed screws, barrels and process controls for the flexible web converting, plastics processing and rubber industries. They supply extrude and extrusion systems for blown film, blow molding, cast film, compounding and pelletizing, elastomer, extrusion coating and laminating, fiber, laboratory, pipe, profile and tubing, reclaim, sheet, wire and cable, and wood fiber applicatio. They also manufacture solution coating equipment to service the flexible web converting industry. The Suzhou plant was operated in 2012.

Job Scope & Respoibilities

TITLE: Sr.Mechanical Engineer

REPORTS TO: General Manager

?As a project leader, from the mechanical point of view, work closely with the counterparts from headquarter to successfully trafer the lines to Suzhou facility.

? Support and participate in local mechanical supplier selection and verification.

?ERP BOM input and maintain.

?According to customer’s requirement complete mechanical desig within expected time,

?Provide Sales with mechanical technical help on customer service presentatio and proposals.

?Support on line itallation and test.

?Work itruction for mechanical assembling team.

?Mechanical design documentation filing.

?Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

?BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

?Minimum of 8 yea in mechanical design application experience in a related machine industry.

?Demotrated proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

?Good English skill in oral and writing
