职位描述:
Duties & Resposibilities:
1. Assist trade fair manager to conduct exhibitor recruitment and client servicing;
2. Organise promotional activities and fringe program;
3. Explore new sales opportunity by finding sales leads, updating database, making business contacts, etc;
4. Visitor promotion;
5. Network with industry associatio, existing and potential exhibito;
6. Work closely with the team colleagues and oveeas representatives;
7. Prepare sales materials;
Qualification & Requirement:
1. Education: Univeity degree, major in Exhibition or International Trade;
2. Working Experience: At least 1 yea solid experience in exhibition industry or related areas;
3. Professional Knowledge: Knowledge of sales, marketing & advertising;
4. Computer Knowledge: Good knowledge in MS-Office, Chinese Word Processing;
5. Skill & Competence: Strong presentation and sales skills, good communication skills, work under pressure;
6. Language Proficiency: Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin;
7. Peonality: Well organized, critical thinking and good team player;
8. Othe: able to work independent, result oriented, willing to take respoibility and achieve targets.
