推动项目计划、执行和发布；管理所有项目，包括计划、预算和资源；

与项目系人合作，记录需求、风险和依赖关系；

跟踪和评估变化；

协助内部和外部沟通，提高透明度和发布相关信息；

准备项目报告，以保持管理和其他人了解项目的现状和问题；

在可能的时候向团队提供所有的支持，并以身作则。

支持业务管理员及时开具发票并及时收集

启动会议解决方案在不同阶段的问题。

能有国内外出差。

参与售前工作，需求分析、技术与最终用户的设计。

要求的技能/经验

本科及以上学历，机械、汽车或工程相关专业优先。至少5年的项目/项目管理经验，

良好的专业知识，具优秀的领导能力，能及时解决冲突，并持续改进，提高透明度；

良好的人际交往和沟通能力，良好的团队合作能力，良好的英语口语和书写能力，自我激励能力强。

在机械，注塑，冲压，挤压，表面处理，设备装配等方面有经验者优先录用。特别是在机械和汽车零部件领域，有技术岗位工作经验。良好的人际沟通能力和说服力和谈判技巧。

有在美国或欧洲公司工作经验者优先。

Main Task

Driving the project planning, execution and release; managing all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resource;

Working with project stakeholde to record the requirements, risks and dependencies;

Tracking and evaluating the changes;

Assisting with internal and external communication, improving traparency, and radiating information;

Preparing project status reports and presentatio to keep management and othe informed of the project status and issues;

Providing all support to the team whenever possible, and leading by example.

Support Business admin to invoice and collect AR on time

Initiate conference to solve problems at different phase of program.

Could have business trip domestic and oveea.

Join pre-sales working, demanding analysis and technical design with end user.

This position is technical management role.

Required Skills/Experience

BS degree or above, prefer major in mechanical, automotive or engineering related. Minimum of 5 yea of project/program management

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadehip, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and increasing traparency;

Excellent interpeonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, good oral and written English skills, self-motivated.

Preferred Skills/Experience Mechanical, plastic injection, Stamping, Extrusion, surface treatment, OEM for equipment assembly. Good technical skill especially in mechanical and automotive parts areas, have technical position working experience. Good interpeonal skill and peuasion & negotiation skills

Experience of working in US or European based company is a plus.
