职位描述:
Role Statement:
Take respoibility for execution of the recruitment plan cope with the organization's development needs, training plan and employee lift-cycle management, etc. in order to help business development.
Key Respoibilities/Objectives:
1.Recruitment: Establish and optimize cost-effective recruitment channels and staffing processes; Support the preparation and placement of advertisements in all channels; Propose salary recommendation, communicate job offer and conduct reference check; Manage labor agencies and provide support in Direct labor recruitment
2.Training and development: Organize training to employees, track the progress of training plan. Conduct training effect assessment on key trainings, track Operator Skill Matrix Plan implement etc.
Support employee development plan if necessary.
3.Employee life-cycle management: Effectively execute HR procedures of onboarding, probation management, performance management and exiting etc.
4.Employee relatiohip: Assist business department for employee relatiohip handling;
5.HR data management: Maintain HR system in time to make sure all information are updated.
6. Other HR related work assigned by management.
Key Qualificatio, Experience and Knowledge:
1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.6 year HR experiences, especially 3+ yea staffing experience in manufacturing enterprise, familiar with all HR function general process will be plus, such like employee life-cycle management, employee relatiohip, and training process, etc.
3.Strong communication and interpeonal skill, Solid competence-based interview skill
4.Self-driven, good attitude, independent, proactive and result-oriented
5.Good see of respoibility and confidentiality.
6.Good verbal and written English
