任职要求

?5 yea experience in industry, vaccine business or commercial position will be more preferable.

5年的行业工作经验,有商务工作经验优先.

?Working experience in multinational pharmaceutical company.

在跨国公司工作经历优先.

?Bachelor degree or above, related majority will be more preferable.

大学以上学历,相关专业优先.

?Good operatio for computer utilize.

电脑操作熟练.

?Good skill on communication & negotiation, strong competence on business awareness & customer service, strong competence on learning & motivation, team work and working with people.

有良好的沟通谈判技巧,强烈的客户服务意识和商机判断能力, 有强烈的学习和自我激励能力,以及团队合作能力.

?Visit target CDCs, key POV client including province, city and district/country level. Maintain smooth supplying, purchase and stock management, monthly sales trace list management.

拜访及管理区域内的省级、重要的市级、驻地城市的区级CDC客户,重点pov客户,确保供货渠道通畅,月度采购量及库存管理,月流向单收集。

?Handle assigned CDC’s commercial issues in territory such as ordering taking, order management, monthly product trace list distributo and other distributo, inventory management and cash collection.

处理一级商直发CDC的相关商务事宜,如协调一级商及商业公司与直发CDC的合同签订,订单管理,月产品流向单,库存管理,以及协调CDC对一级商及商业公司回款。

?Build up and maintain the channel, including the territorial compartmentalization, annual sales target setting, purchase and stock management, monthly sales trace list, expand the sales terminal coverage, perform and supervise the company commercial policy with 1 tier distributo and other distributo.

建立及维护辖区供货渠道,包括渠道:开发,覆盖区域划分,年度销售额设定,月度采购量及库存管理,月产品流向单,指导完成终端覆盖区域的拓展,配合一级商及商业公司完成公司商业政策的执行和监管。

?Take charge of the bidding in province/ city/ district level. Including bidder selection, supervise the bidder for bidding strategy establishing, price setting, documents preparation and contract subscription.

负责各地区的省级、市级和重要的区级招标,确定负责投标的经销商,指导经销商制定各产品投标策略,确认投标价格,完成投标资料准备,及时取得招标结果并报告公司,指导经销商完成招标采购合同的签订。

?Closely working with sales promotional team and market team in the field such as information exchange just on time. Participate and cooperate with sales team to prepare document of products listing, price assessment and bidding in time. Eure supplying smoothly in field pipeline and implement sales strategy.

与销售市场部门紧密配合,及时交换信息,并配合销售团队在其区域内疾控相关产品的准入工作,及时提供议价和招标时所需要的资料,确保市场中产品供货畅通,支持销售策略的执行。

?Quick respoes for requirement destroy and return coming from custome.

配合一级商及商业公司,对于客户要求的退货和破损处理做出快速应答。

?Collect key information from CDC and report to company just on time and precisely.

?Lobby CDC Key Decision make, set up long term partnehip with key CDC, provide added value and good after sales service to convince and eure the decision made by CDC will benefit company’s business in the field.

说服CDC的主要决策人,提供良好的售后服务和附加值,使CDC的决策有利于公司的业务发展。从CDC得知主要市场信息并及时准确的汇报给公司。

?Monthly report hand in just on time and self learning on product and medical knowledge daily to meet company business needs.

及时上交月报,平时要通过自学产品和医学知识来充实自己以满足公司业务发展的需要
