?销售管理经验5年,在主要外国公司销售领域处于类似地位

?了解中国国内市场从生产者到个人的汽车配件分销渠道
?与中国国内市场汽车零部件经销商的关系(在最高管理层)
?知道营销的基础知识,销售基础知识,管理的基本知识
?了解分销公司的业务流程
?分析心理
?与联邦和地方网络合作的经验
?谈判者技能,逻辑结构思维
?较高的语言能力及谈判水平
?专业展览参展经验
?高水平的中文语言和英语语言技能。

In 2017 Shate-M Plus company is starting Patron private brand sales on the Chinese domestic market. http:patron-parts.ru/about_patron
For the realization of this project we require the employee who will organize and lead the sales on the Chinese domestic market.
Main tasks:
?Development and implementation of PATRON brand sales strategy and policy within the agreed company’s development strategy
?Sales market marketing analysis
?Search for potential custome, collection information about them
?Conclusion of contracts
?Building up a network of distributo of Patron brand across China
?Sales management in the territory, working with distributo
?Work with supplie, negotiation
?Budget management and optimization of the operating costs of sales areas
?Development and optimization of business processes in sales
?Eure profitability targets within the sales channels
?Monitoring accounts receivable
?Frequent trips
Requirements:
?Sales Management Experience of 5 yea, at the offices of major foreign companies in the field of spare parts sales in a similar position
?Higher education, further training in sales, peonnel management, negotiatio
?Knowledge of auto parts distribution channels in the domestic market of China from the producer to the individual
?Relatiohips with distributo of auto parts in China domestic market (at the top management level)
?Knowledge of the basics of marketing, sales fundamentals, basic knowledge of management
?Knowledge of business processes in a distribution company
?Analytical mind
?Experience in interactio with custome at the level of top officials
?Experience in working with the federal and local networks
?Negotiator skills, logical structural thinking
?Grammatically literate, well-delivered speech, ability to negotiate
?Specialized exhibitio participation experience
?Chinese language and English language skills at a high level.
