（一）岗位职责（Respoibilities）：

1、熟练掌握中心课程，约见潜在客户，向客户推荐中心课程与服务，完成销售目标（Be familiar with the core coues. For achieving the sales target, arrange the interview with the potential client to recommend our coues and services.）；

2、维护客户关系，根据客户的愿景，推荐合适的课程与产品，达成良好长期的客群关系（Maintain relatiohips with customer. According to their demands, recommend the suitable coues and products to achieve the favorable and long-time customer relatiohip.）；

3、总结与客户的需求与市场的反馈信息，及时向上级主管反映竞争对手情况及市场动（Conclude customer’s demand and information of market feedback. Reflect the competitor’s condition and market dynamics to higher management.）；

4、执行力强，有很好的主动性，保持专业精神和职业操守（Higher executive ability and initiative. Hold the professional spirit and integrity.）；

5.公司负责岗前培训，在职培训等（Our company will provide the pre-job and employment training.）。

（二）任职资格（Qualification）：

1、大专以上学历，熟练掌握办公操作系统 （College degree or above. Proficient in Microsoft.）；

2、热爱教育培训行业，有良好的沟通能力及敏锐的洞察能力（Have passionate in educational coue and well communicative ability and keen iight.）；

3、拥有自我学习的愿景，以及强烈的进取心（Have the awareness of self-improvement and strong enterprising.）；

4、拥有少儿英语及相关行业工作经验者优先（Possess the experience of kids English teaching or relative job will have a priority to be hired.）；

5、可以适应周六、周日上班，周一到周五倒休的作息安排（Can be adapt to work on weekends and two-day off on Monday and Tuesday.）。
