1.Job title: QC Specialist - Hardline

2.Purpose Statement

-Quality Management on Mass product

3.Report Line: QCM

4.Main Respoibility

-Conduct Daily ipection work according to coordinator’s schedule

-Conduct in-line ipection on semi-finish product in production process.

-Conduct pre-shipment ipection on finished products.

-Conduct process audit to supplie' manufacturing process for Quality Prevention and Cost Reduction

-Work with team to make successful traition from New Production Design stage to mass production.

-Follow up corrective action plan on the quality issues.

-Support QA Team to seal samples (only for Hardline)

-Carry on SOP training to vendo

-Report quality issue to QC Manager

5.Job Requirement

-College or above degree

-8 yea above of QC ipection experience in trading company/buying office/ ipection agency.

-QA/QC Experience in furniture/garments factory will be preferred.

-Judgment of the quality of furniture/garment.

-Capable of written English

-Good computer skill in Windows Office and Email.

-Good interpeonal skill with different level of people in supplier factory.

-Well know Hardlioftline defect classification

-Well know AQL standard

-Has certain experience of factory quality system audit
