1.College degree or above, Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

2.Above 3 yea customer service management experience, with good customer service team building and management capabilities, high - end hotel or medical service industry experience is preferred;
3年以上客服管理经验,具备良好的客服团队构建及管理能力,有高端酒店或医疗服务行业工作经验者优先;
3.Proficient in customer service system management processes, high see of respoibility and customer service awareness
精通客户服务体系的管理流程,高度的责任心和客户服务意识;
4.A global concept, good at overall planning, a certain degree of predictability, to deal with unexpected problems and timely and effective program
有全局观念,善于做整体规划,有一定预见性,能应对突发问题并及时提出有效方案
Respoibilities 责任:
1.Build and promote the implementation of high level customer service standards and systems to enhance the company's service standards;
建立和推动实施高水平客户服务规范和制度,提升公司的服务水准;
2.To build and create rapport with the staff and clients thus creating opportunities to acquire feedback for continuous improvement. Respoible for customer service satisfaction;
和员工及客人建立起有成效的沟通体系,积极改进服务。负责客户服务满意度
3.Planning, coordinating, directing , evaluating and improving the center's operational processes and procedures
规划、协调、指导、评估和改进中心的运营操作流程
4.Assuring the cost efficient and effective management of the center, delivering professional and quality patient care services
保证中心的成本效益和有效的管理,提供专业和优质的病人护理服务
5.Iuring center's equipment are adequate, well maintained and in good working order and stocks of supplies at all times
保证中心的设备充足,维护良好,一直保持良好的工作秩序和用品库存
6.Respoible for the center etiquette training and customer service team management;
负责中心礼仪培训及客服团队管理;
7.Respoible for market development, customer visit reception, cooperation agencies development and maintenance;
负责市场开发,客户参观接待,合作机构的开发和维护;
8.Euring corporate messages including Marketing promotio and pla are delivered and executed in the center
确保总部信息包括市场促销活动和计划交付,在中心有效执行
9.Iuring / supervising all activities during special events, public events and treatment of VIP patients in accordance to protocols.
保证/督促特殊事件,公共事件和VIP患者治疗的所有活动如约执行。
10.Perform other duties as required
