1)管理公司的人事行政事务,包括招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效评估等;
2)就公司人事事务加强与政府相关部门的沟通;
3)贯彻执行公司人事行政政策,并保持与当地法规的一致性与合规性;
4)及时更新公司证照;
5)协助大中华区海运总经理的日常工作;
6)协助华东区人事行政负责人的日常管理;
7)领导交办的其他任务。
1) To manage HR & General Affai related matte of DFSSHA & DFSNTG, including recruitment, staff training and development, payroll, annual performance evaluation and etc.
2) To communicate with related government agencies in respect of HR related matte.
3) To maintain local HR policy and staff handbook of Dimerco Manual in accordance to the local statutory requirements and in line with Corporate HR policy.
4) To take respoibilities of renewal DFSSHA legal entity related licees in time;
5) Assist Regional Ocean Freight General Manager of Greater China to complete the daily operating issues;
6) To assist HR & General Affai head of GCR (Greater China Region) to coordinate and handle HR & General Affai of GCED.
7) Other assignments from the management.
职位要求:
1.大学及以上学历,人力资源管理和工商管理专业尤佳;
2.3年以上人事行政经验;
3.具备HR全面的专业知识与实际操作能力(包括组织发展、培训、员工关系、薪酬、绩效等)
4.需熟悉劳动法规和操作规则;
5.需有承压能力;
Qualificatio:
1. College and above with major in Human Resource Management or Business Administration;
2. At least 3 yea of experience working as HR Generalist with the professional
3. Knowledge and undetanding of full spectrum of HR disciplines (e.g. organization development, training, employee relatio, as well as compeation and benefits etc.)
4. Must be familiar with China Labor Law, business customs, etc;
5. Must be able to handle stress and conflicts.
