Position Title: Customer Services Officer (Airport) (机场客户服务员)
-Job Level : A
-Reports to : Airport Services Supervisor
-Work Location: Xinzheng International Airport (Zhengzhou)
Job Description
-Perform daily functio to eure that the landside and aiide operation run smoothly
-Perform and monitor ramp operatio and baggage handling
-Provide excellent service to all custome in efficient and professional manner
-Assist duty supervisor to monitor overall counter situation and gate operation during daily operation
-Handle flight arrival and any tight connect case
-Well manage the flight disruption & irregularity in an effective manner
-Coordinate proactively with other carrie to eure passenge are well cared for and assisted when needed
-Conduct the pre-flight briefing and eure that handling agents deliver services and products at Dragonair’s (KA) required standard
-Monitor and prepare Handling Agent performance record
-Be familiar with MPO / oneworld customer benefits and provide a high standard of global services to custome of KA and oneworld partner airlines
-Foster excellent teamwork within KA team membe and with colleagues from Handling Agents
-Liaise and maintain good working relatio with CIQ and other parties to eure smooth operatio
-Support cargo service operatio
General Requirements
-College degree or above
-Can work independently, willing to face challenges and work under pressure.
-Detail and accuracy oriented
-Strong interpeonal communication and negotiation skills
-Good team player
-Good time management and multi-tasking ability
-Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin and English. CET-6 or above is preferred.
-Computer literacy
-Strong see of respoibility
-Excellent phone manner
-Experience in airlines’ reservation and ticketing is a plus
-Willing to work extended hou
