岗位职责

－主要为公司客户提供售后的安装，培训；

－提供直接的客户支持，包括解除故障的电话支持；

－可以以尽心和专业的服务技艺确保公司客户得到及时，优秀的服务与支持；

－需要出差到客户现场技术支持涉及机械，电子，气动，光学等领域的实验室测试行业的设备；

－可以找出设备存在的差异并推荐客户维护与校准，执行日常的设备维护保养工作；

－需为出差和及时地拜访负责区域的客户准备解决方案；

－联络公司全球技术团队改进客户支持能力；

－针对对应的客户与之相关的工作，要积极地运用和更新CRM数据系统；

－对已有的客户及新开发的客户积极地推进和销售预防性维护保养合同；

职位要求

1、机械，电子相关专业，大专学历；

2、很好的电子故障排查技巧，气动液压方面的知识，和扎实的机械方面的能力；

3、有过实际的7年以上机械，机电，电气方面的技术服务领域的成功经验为佳；

4、具有高品质服务设备供应商经验；

5、具有精密实验室仪器和测试设备领域的经验优先考虑；

6、良好的中英文说写能力；

7、良好的计算机软件运用能力；

8、乐于广泛的出差

9、能经受时限及客户端压力

10、性格开朗，耐承受力，开放，自励精神和系统化，积极的工作态度

11、有驾照者优先考虑；

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who is:

1、Independent

Essential function:

- Itallation, training and after sales service work for Ez-mat customer predominantly .

- Provide direct customer support, including trouble-shooting over the phone.

- Through diligent and professional workmahip eure that EZ-mat’s custome in China receive excellent in-time service and support.

- Travel to and from customer sites for field service support on Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Pneumatic and Optic laboratory and industrial equipment

- Perform preventive maintenance routines, identify equipment discrepancies and make recommendatio for corrective actio

- Prepare for trips and timely follow-up on own customer visits

- Liaison with Ez-mat global service team for improved customer support

- Actively use and update CRM database with all relevant work and correspondence with custome.

- Promote and sell Preventative Maintenance Service Agreements actively to existing and new custome.

Required qualificatio:

1、College graduated in mechanical, electro mechanical field or similar

2、 Great electronic trouble-shooting skills, knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, and a strong mechanical aptitude

3、Minimum 7 yea of proven successful mechanical, electro-mechanical & pneumatic service experience

4、 Experience with supplying high quality service

5、Experience in precision itruments in laboratory and testing equipment is an advantage but not a requirement

6、 Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English

7、Good PC/Computer Skills, used to working with PC and software

8、 Willingness to have exteive travel

9、Can work under time and customer pressure.

10、Out-going, endurable, open minded, self-driven, systematic and positive work attitude

11、Driver’s licee will be an advantage.

12、Excellent customer service skills, focus and attention to details
