Port ection: XMN / Airport
Levelub-grade: Level A / SUP II
Reports To: Airport Services Manager
Key Respoibilities:
- Demotrate the highest standards of customer services and act as service role model
- Oveee and monitor the day to day operational activities to eure the high customer services level is achieved
- Liaise with all relevant parties, including CIQ and GHA, to achieve good OTP without compromising flight safety and decline the customer service
- Coordinate with AHQ and IOC, and make timely decision of service recovery and at the same time to protect the company interest
- In coordination with Airport Services Manager appraise/coach/mentor the growth and development of team membe
- Close monitor the flight handling process of various sectio and propose improvements to the Airport Services Manager whenever necessary to eure the resources are used efficiently and cost effectively in all operation areas
- Assist Airport Services Manager to investigate and provide finding of complaints
- Deputise Airport Services Manager for all airport operation issue when required
Requirements/Qualificatio:
- College Degree or above
- At least 2 yea of airport experience. Experience in both landside and ramp side operation is preferred
- Have a strong see of providing customer services
- Strong see of respoibility and strong leadehip capabilities.
- Strong interpeonal skills and a good team player
- Strong problem solving, decision making, organizing skills and willing to work under pressure
- Detail and accuracy oriented; good time management with multi-tasking ability
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Command in spoken Cantonese is an advantage
- Good PC Knowledge in MS office and other related systems
- Able to work shift duties and willing to work extended hou
- Based in Xiamen
- PRC local nationals with legal working status in Xiamen and/or holding Xiamen Hukou and/or working permit.
