职位描述：
RESPOIBILITIES职责:
1.Respoible of the maintenance of injection area and open problems. 注塑区设备设施的维护保养及故障的改善。
2.Respoe for emergency in production line. 现场紧急状况响应及处理。
3.Respoible for management of spare parts with ERP system. 通过ERP系统对维修部零配件的管控。
4.Corporate with all the departments for issues related. 部门间问题的协调并处理相关问题。
5.Respoible of monthly reports.部门月度报表的处理。
6.Other work assigned by department respoible. 部门主管分配的其他任务。
KEY ASPECTS核心要求:
1.Capable with Simon PLC and touch screen. 西门子PLC及触摸屏。
2.Electrical strength.电气优势。
3.Work with production and be close with the machines. 车间工作。
4.注塑区注塑机设备和设施的日常维护和保养 daily maintenance of injection machines and repair of Injection equipments
5.有塑料制品或橡胶轮胎制品行业设备维护工作经验, 有汽车零部件厂设备维护经验佳 Equipments maintenance experience in plastic or rubber products; Auto parts factory equipment maintenance experience preferred
6.熟练运用西门子PLC和触摸屏, 能够设计和编写较复杂的程序 Good at Sieme PLC and touch screen, able to design and write complex programs
7.有自动化设备开发和改造经验 Experience in automation equipment development and traformation
8.熟悉工厂供配电, 对强电和弱电有较强的认识 Familiar with plant power supply and strong undetanding of distribution of strong current and light current
9.能够适应倒班工作制 work in shifts
10.电气自动化专业, 三年以上工作经验 Majored in electric automatization 3 yea or above working experience
11.能看懂英文说明书资料者佳 Better to read English
