Mission
To maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional service and coultancy while promote service products to support service NIS.
Major respoibilities
1.Work independently on tool troubleshooting, problem solving, itallation, calibration and maintenance in the field;
2.Work independently on tool troubleshooting,maintenance and repairing in oite/internal workshop;
3.On time and correctly report working activities and time duration;
4.On time and correctly report customer visit activities with customer signature;
5.Keep good communication with customer;
6.Follow up customer open issues until it closed;
7.Maintain tool performance, collect KPI data and report it regularly;
8.Respoe for Atlas Copco tool warranty claim;
9.Respoe for Atlas Copco tool quality information collection and quality problem report;
10.Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk;
11.Owner self peonnel development in the company;
12.Fix assets, safety PPE and fire protection equipment management;
13.Phone support customer on tool technical issues;
14.Technical support for custome and sales in field;
15.Provide technical problem solving and root cause analysis report;
16.Hold or support project startup;
17.Provide Atlas Copco tool operation training to customer;
18.Walk the line and provide walk line report;
19.Follow up and feedback customer complaints.
Candidate profile
1.Above college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
2.At least 2 yea experiences in aftermarket service of industry product;
3.Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge.
4.Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting.
5.MS office and PC skill is a must;
6.Good communication skill
7.Good English both in read and written
8.Fluency in local dialect(s) is a plus
9.Good communication and interpeonal skill;
