职位描述:
1. Key respoibility
?HR data maintenance: Peonal/Job/Attendance data management in HR system according to standard operation documents with required quality level.
?Peonnel file management and status tracking
?Employee life cycle administration support: Support onboard, exit, internal movement, contract renew or other HR services process, which include but not limited to preparing/collecting required documents, notifying related party & tracking issues if any.
?Support call center and data reporting needs when required
?Other project assignments if any
2. Requirement
?College degree or above
?1-2 yea relevant working experience
?Working knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, HR operation process and HR systems is highly desirable
?Advanced MS Excel skills and basic MS Work skills
?Fluent in Chinese for both written & verbal communicatio; Good English for written communicatio
?Able to handle high volume of work & adapt to change
?High respoibility, demotrate initiative and attention to detail
?High see of information security and confidentiality
?Undetanding of operational risk, good see of risk assessment and control
?Good team player, quick learner with innovation and creativity
