GENERAL PURPOSE:

Provide pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical support to external custome (e.g. distributor, deale, end use etc.) and internal custome, including but not limited to respond to questio in written or by telephone, configure systems, assist in programming, provide product training, provide field itruction, troubleshoot etc. Participate in marketing activities such as conferences, semina, website updates and exhibitio etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIO:

1.Respond timely to telephone and written inquiries from existing and potential custome.

2.Organize and implement the product trainings, semina to custome.

3.Assist the Sales to communicate with custome on the technology, systems configuration etc.

4.Collect and provide the feedback from custome and forward to the Sales for handling, and keep tracking.

5.Participate in providing and tralating the technical documents including manual, brochure, application note etc. for all product lines.

6.Assist the supervisor to complete the technical management procedure.

7.Keep tracking and learning the most updated technology in the market, timely undetand the new technology, new business and new equipment.

8.Write and troubleshoot the datalogger programming to support product development and customer applicatio.

9.Educate custome in the use of CSI datalogge and peripherals for their applicatio.

10.Configure the datalogging systems.

11.Assist customer in identifying and addressing problems with hardware and software.

12.Attend the business trip as required.

13.Other respoibilities assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIO:

1. BS (MS preferred) in electronics, machinery, automation.

2. Minimum 3 yea of relevant professional experience for industrial products.

3. Have C++, Basic, Delphi or other computer language is preferred.

4. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.

5. Customer focus and service oriented.

6. Good computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

7. Strong implementation capability and be able to manage multiple tasks.

8. High level of integrity, organized, detail-oriented, good interpeonal skills and good team spirit.
