职位描述:
Job Respoibilities:
1.o drive, implement, develop and continuously improve DIAB Quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standard, eure overall quality management system in DIAB to be effectively running;
2.Oveee all the operation activities to assure safe working practices and healthy working environments,
3.Develop and improve corrective actio for safety improvement, and work with the line manager to identify health hazards and provide direction for accident prevention
4.Follow up internal and external claim on quality issues and non-conformity, timely deal with and feedback.
5.Conduct internal & external audits of all process as required to comply with quality system requirements;
6.Provide weekly and monthly reports include details of defect and product line to management;
7.Discuss and resolve quality concer with other departments within the division such as engineering, production and also with external custome in appropriate way;
8.Work with Engineering and manufacturing to review pre and post production process variables, problem areas, required ipection tooling, and required documentation;
9.Control non-conformance both externally and internally including material non-conformance. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actio;
10.Manage and track corrective actio for ipection and testing, ipection measuring and test equipment, and control of quality records;
11.Timely provide appropriate safety documentation and injury accident investigation report as required to management if injury accident happened;
12.Monitor and in charge of all safety cociousness training to new employee, quality standard training and continuous safety management training to all the employee;
13.Quality team building and management, review, audit, train, and provide direction to the quality peonnel.
14.Other matte assigned by leader.
Education and experience
1. Bachelor degree major in mechanical or electrical engineering, or any relevant disciplines;
2. Familiar to ISO9000 quality system, successful experience in set up and implementation of ISO9000 QMS;
3. Minimum eight yea of practical quality management experience in a similar industry, preferably with the Industry safety and health management background experience. 5+ yea in Management level is a must;
4. The related certificates in Quality Management and Quality auditing are required as ISO 9001 internal auditor, and holding OSHA 14001 or 18001 training certificates is a priority;
5. Knowledge and application experience of Lean and Six Sigma Methodology is also preferred;
6. Excellent coordinatiocommunication skills and strong capability for settlement of quality issues;
7. Stick to principle, high see of self-respoibility taking, integrity, keen to learn and good at training employees;
8. Excellent in oral and written English;
