PURPOSE:

This is a management position respoible for managing multiple projects and/or support with respect to applicatio, systems analysis, programming and implementation processes. The incumbent will need to identify systems solutio that address key business objectives and to manage a technical and functional team as well as coultants and vendo. Hehe will report directly to the VP, Technology Services.

RESPOIBILITIES:

- Key liaison with brand leadehip to prioritize, plan, and schedule system enhancements.

- Manage and deliver projects with respect to planning, design and implementation processes for China/Asia within accepted MGT methodology. Develop staff and assign to project activity.

- Challenge business processes to eure they are appropriately meeting business objectives.

- Establish active/project timelines; deliver projects on budget and on time.

- Develop tactical and strategic pla for application changes, resource loading, application development and maintenance and approaches for continuous improvement. This includes the execution, adherence and continuous improvement to a sound application development methodology.

- Prepare and communicate status, issues and opportunities to the business.

- Keep current on emerging trends and best practices as it is related to business objectives.

- Establish and monitor performance objectives for staff and conduct performance evaluatio, monitor succession pla, career development and merit process as defined by HR.

- Provide or recommend required training programs for developing appropriate skills within areas of respoibility.

- Coaches/mentodevelops associates in career development and performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

- 5 to 7 yea of project implementation experience, including 2 to 4 yea of project lead/management experience

- Proven track record of leading a team

- Minimum of 5 yea production support experience and minimum of 2 yea business process and ERP system or related China eCommerce application experience

- Minimum 2 full ERP or related China eCommerce application technology life cycle implementatio

- Strong undetanding of specialty retail concepts and processes

- Broad knowledge base in multiple business applicatio operating on multiple platforms

- Demotrated ability to manage multiple system development projects in a multi-platform environment. Utilizing both in-house resources and coultants

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent writteoral communication skills

- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relatiohips
