Respoibilities:
1.Increase volume and revenue from CNF controlled clients in the market. develop New / Lost Non-control clients (CNF)
2.Analyze market and competition information and suggest to Trade & Marketing management for setting up correct strategy/policy to eure MSC stays competitive in the market
3.Feedback the findings in the market/ from the custome in order to improve the overall service level of MSC
Feedback market situation and competito’ actio in the market to Trade manage
4.Execute Sales Plan. Meet / exceed the business targets (budgets)
5.Establish and execute long-term strategy for your own controlled clients
6.Establish strategy and maintain relatiohip with local CNF clients as appropriate, probing their needs and driving teamwork within the organization
7.Maximize your productivity through close cooperation with all other involved counterparts within the organization
8.Proactively work with different functional units in puuit of customer satisfactio resulted in total revenue improvement
9.A professional handling of oveeas client visito and their local agents to keep rapport relatiohip
10.Drive MSC market share through close collaboration between origin and destination
11.Own and execute your individual sales competency development plan (together with your immediate supervisor) aiming to improve your sales competency
12.Prepare and Pre-plan your sales visits, timely feedback customer information / meeting minutes to all relevant stakeholde involved
13.Provide inputs to the monthly client-specific sales report and other ad-hoc reports required
14.Prepare ad-hoc performance figures for specific clients/tradesales activities when requested
15.Prepare contracts and agreements, when necessary and needed
16. Recommend product development initiatives driven by the knowledge of client needs to management as appropriate
17.Good communicatio with Trade and the custome.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.3 yea or above working experiences on sales or marketing in shipping industry outbound service.
3.Good command in English, CET6 or above.
4.Skillful at MS Office, especially in Excel & PPT.
5.Well undetand local shipping operation and practice.
6.Have positive working attitude, high see of respoibility and able to work under pressure.
7.Good communication skill & presentation skills, high team work spirit.
