Job Function & Job requirement

We are looking for a peon that is able to manage a team and to help team membe grow in their job. This peon should at all times have the overview and have control of the team and quality of their work. Internal and external communication is of the utmost importance.

This peon should be able to:

Take ownehip and respoibility for regular freight forwarding jobs

Take the ownehip of PO management and liaise with related parties to fulfill on time delivery

Be respoible for daily PO tracking and close communication with vendor for their following up

Manage the data input & amendment into system

Work with related parties to provide solutio for early/ late shipment

Eure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities

Encourage and eure excellent communication both internally and externally

Eure excellent service provided according to SOP

Coach and guide team membe to achieve operational targets

Eure that there is good communication with the warehouse

Provide proper reporting to management on a daily/weekly basis

Qualification

Education and Experience

1. College degree or above

2. At least 5 yea working experience in multinational freight forwarding company

3. Broad experience in FCL/LCL Ocean Export and Import

Languages and Communication Skills

1. Fluent spoken & written in English, CET-4 or above

2. Good communication skills, both internal and external
