职位描述:
岗位目的Job purpose:
? 根据公司规章制度和流程正确管理门店,以期实现年度规划,如资源,店铺形
象,客户关系等;Manage branch shops according to company rules and
regulatio, in order to achieve annual planning, like resources, store image,
customer relatiohips, etc.
? 确保遵循公司质量标准给与客户用餐体验。Strictly follow company quality
standards to provide custome dining experience.
3.工作职责Job respoibilities:
? 宣布与执行公司下达的各项指令和规定;Announce and implement itructio
and regulatio assigned by head office.
? 宣扬公司经营理念和企业文化,推广饮食销售,定期推出新食谱;Publicize
company’s management ideas and company culture, promote sales and
launch new menus regularly.
? 制定并完成各项经营指标;Establish and accomplish various business targets.
? 门店员工的安排与管理;Arrange and manage store employees.
? 维护门店的清洁卫生、进行门店安全管理;Maintain clean sanitation and
manage store safety.
? 监督和审核会计作业;Supervise and audit accounting job.
? 确保顾客较高的满意度,及时处理顾客投诉与意见处理;Offer high level service
standards, and handle customer complaints and suggestio timely.
? 根据实际营运状况设置及审核员工绩效;Set and review staff KPI base on
business.
? 涉外管理;External affai management.
? 日常事物;Other daily affai.
4.权限Rights:
? 有对任职门店下级任免、岗位调配、报酬、奖惩的决策权;Has decision-making
power on staff appointment & dismission, job rotation, compeation, rewards
& punishments.
? 有对公司内部其它职能部门及其它门店的建议权;Has suggesting rights on
functional departments within company and other branch shops.
5.工作内容Job contents:
? 了解和掌握下属各部门的情况,包括营业情况,员工素质、知识、技能,有的
放矢地搞好管理工作; Undetand and master subordinate departments,
including business, staff quality, knowledge and skills. Have a definite object
in view to improve management work.
? 制定所管部门的工作计划,对各部门的工作进行督导;Formula and supervise
subordinate departments’ work pla.
? 抓好餐饮服务质量;Make great efforts on catering service.
? 加强物资管理,提高企业经济效益;Strengthen material management and
improve company’s economic efficiency.
? 加强职工队伍的教育和培训工作,提高从业人员的素质及各项技能;Strengthen
staff training to improve staff quality and skills.
? 按照食品卫生法及内部卫生管理规定,制定个人,岗位,操作等方面的卫生标
准,实行定期和不定期的卫生检查,保证客人的饮食安全;同时严格遵守其它
法律法规。Strictly follow Food Sanitation Law and internal hygiene regulatio,
develop hygienic standards for peonnel, working statio and operatio.
Implement regulairregular sanitary ipection to eure guests’ food safety.
Also must strictly follow other Laws in China.
? 注意检查用餐场所的治安安全保卫工作,保证客人在用餐中的人身安全;Pay
attention to public security work to eure guests’ physical security.
? 每周对门店场所及卫生责任区进行大检查、考核;Weekly ipect all areas of
the store.
? 日常行政管理:如工服,办公用品等;Daily administrative management like
uniform, stationery, etc.
? 日常人事管理:人员招聘,录用,入离职手续办理,工时等;Daily human resource
management like recruiting, hiring, entry & departure processes, working
hou, etc.
? 日常财务管理:督促门店内财务/助理工作并协助公司总部财务事宜;Daily
accounting management: supervise branch accountant/assistant and support
group headquarte on financial matte.
? 与其它门店保持良好协作关系,并及时向公司总经理汇报门店运营状况。Keep
good relatiohip with other branch shops, and report to general manager
timely.
6.上岗基本条件Basic requirements:
? 具有大专以上文化程度,熟悉餐饮行业管理知识;Above college degree, be
familiar with F&B management.
? 年龄在30-45 周岁之间;Age between 30-45 yea old.
? 从事餐饮管理工作经验5 年以上;Above 5-year management experience in
F&B.
? 具有较强的组织、分析、公关、协调、领导能力及主人翁精神;With strong
organization, analysis, public relatio, coordination and leadehip skills and
ownehip.
? 身心健康,能吃苦耐劳,个人仪容仪表整洁,具有团队精神;Physical & mental
healthy, hard working, good peonal grooming, with team spirit.
? 具有良好的中英文沟通能力。Good communication skills in both Chinese and
English.
? 熟练使用办公软件;Solid knowledge on office software.
? 灵活的工作时间;Flexible working hou.
7.检查与考核Ipection and evaluation:
? 公司总部对门店管理状况进行不定期检查; Irregularly check store
management status by headquarte.
? 公司总部根据门店管理完成情况对门店总经理进行考核。Evaluate store GM
base on store management performance by headquarte.
8.其它Othe:
? 当前/ 之前职位的相关证书须记录在册并可验证。Certificates for
current/previous positio must be documented and verified.
? 为紧跟行业趋势,鼓励阅读相关书籍,参加行业研讨。Staff is encouraged to
read related books and take part in related symposium.
