Main respoibilities:

1. Analyze costs by comparison of local and oveeas prices, including freights, duties and part cost breakdown;

2. Research the market for new provide;

3. Provide analysis of existing requirements and pricing to eure the most cost-effective optio;

4. Develop solid undetanding of cost drive and contracts;

5. Identify and negotiate commercial cost reduction opportunities;

6. Support Engineering to identify supplie available for sourcing;

7. Review, analyze and clarify quote packages from supplie;

8. Lead a strategic sourcing approval process.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 year procurement experience with BA in engineering or business is required;

2. Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal;

3. Strong negotiator with excellent interpeonal and communication skills;

4. Possess outstanding analytical skills, and results-oriented and a dedicated team player;

5. Demotrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve business objectives;

6. Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve;

7. Willingness to travel;

8. Preferred experience in solar industry.
