Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above with engineering/technical background

- 3~5yea related experience, in technical sourcing and buying

environment of the automotive OEM industry, preferably at least for 1st

tier manufacturer

- Knowledge of TS16949 quality standards; and other quality

management techniques

- Familiar with metal, plastic, rubber, and other electro-mechanical

commodity and industries as well as its process technologies including

tooling design etc

- Good experience in international procurement practices and regulation

- New program product and launch experience

- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent communication, coordination and management skills

Respoibility:

- Must be able to identify and develop new supplie to support the business

needs in the aspects of quality, service, delivery and cost.

- Develop and execute a strategic sourcing plan that foste the highest level

of commitment from supplie to continuously support Stoneridge business

at a global basis.

- Serves as the principal authority and liaison for the company with Asian

Supplie.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
