This relatiohip & acquisition-based role is primarily respoible for identifying and creating business opportunities, promoting and implementing the strategies of growing the New to Bank Custome through various channels. The role holder will contribute to the city's total growth target for New to Bank Custome assigned by Head Office and contribute to the city's total net Asset Under Administration (AUA) target assigned by Head Office.

Tasks will include establishing and maintaining high quality and professional relatiohip with /Centres of Influence/ (COI) - internal departments within ANZ Group, channels and/or communities with resources that will lead to successful referral of quality prospect leads for meeting the financial target. Being a key relatiohip peon with government offices, immigration departments, organizatio and education channels to promote the success of SPB, 1+1, FTS, Migrant banking services. Strict adherence to policies and procedures will be expected.

Qualificatio:

*A degree in accounting/finance or equivalent qualification. Post graduate viewed favourably

*At least 3 yea of relevant work experience with a broad exposure to banking preferred

*Proven business development experience and achievement in China

*Strong relatiohip network and influencing skills

*Channel development experience

*High standard of spoken and written English & Mandarin
