Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Account Director
Tasks and Respoibilities:
Account Manager is to manage and execute the business development and sales activities so as to achieve the revenue target.
Respoibilities
1.Generate new leads through networking, sales and marketing activities to eure a continuous pipeline of opportunities
2.Proactively initiate and engage in BD calls and meetings to target prospects, managing the full sales cycle
3.Build strong peonal and trusting relatiohip with clients, provide advice that will result in sales results
4.Participate in the preparation, presentation and negotiation of client proposals and solutio
5.Develop and maintain relatiohips with the HR community industry associatio, attend HR conferences and semina to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace
6.Update and maintain sales information (sales tracker, key account plan, target industry plan)
Desired Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of and experience in selling HLeadehip Development solutio with a professional firm is preferred
A self- starter and a good team player, resourceful and result - oriented with an entrepreneurial drive to all initiatives
A people- oriented peon with proven client development and relatiohip management experience and abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Career- driven, a strong desire to grow with the business
