2. Experience:Automotive industry. Mechanical skills. Sales knowhow. Experience in the rubber industry is a plus.

Tasks & Respoibilities:
1. Existing customer management: develop close relatiohip with custome and undetand customer's organization, purchase process and technical need to improve penetration.

2. Development of new market and potential customer
开发新的市场和潜在的客户
3. Complete peonal and team target in: sales, new business booked, new customer, visit
完成个人和团队的目标:销售,新业务的预订,新客户,访问
4. Clarify the RFQ and propose the quotation by collecting cost information from relative departments
澄清询价,并从相关部门收集成本信息提出报价
5. Support in: Quality respoe (e.g. claim); deliveries (if important issues), money collection (if commercial issue)

6. Develop and Maintain a compreheive technical knowledge of the products, applicatio, features, advantages and benefits
