Accountabilities:

Job location : Qingdao office

Position : operation

Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operatio service to custome;

Good coordination between custome’ service requests and Carrie’ standard service guideline;

Be pro-active on daily Operatio process including ocean traportation , airfreight operation

Be familiar with freight forwarder business

Requirements 要求:

College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/traportation related field;

Good English skill : listening , writing , speaking , reading.

Good knowledge in Microsoft applicatio and skilled in computer;

Mature, open-minded, pro-active , full of passion , customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;

Must be a team player.
